T&Cs. Offer is valid for existing patients who refer a new patient to the practice. The new patient must note the referring patient’s name on the initial consultation form at the first appointment. The referring patient will receive a credit for one free adjustment on their account. The credit for one free adjustment expires after two months. The free adjustment is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Offer ends 30 June 2026.
